The Falconbridge pool season generally runs from early May to early October. The pool is owned and managed by the FHA (townhome HOA). All townhome owners have fully paid Recreation Facilities Committee memberships, but must complete forms to activate each year. Single-family homeowners can pay to join as either Full Access or Limited Access members at https://falconbridgehoa.org/pool.
The 88,000 gallon L-shaped swimming pool has lap lanes and a large 3-foot shallow section for pre-swimmers. The pool deck is furnished for sunbathing and lounging, with tables, chairs and umbrellas. A gas grill is available on the upper deck for family dinners. Daily pool maintenance is provided, however, members swim at their own risk, as there are no lifeguards.
