Welcome to the
Falconbridge Community Association (FCA)
The Falconbridge Community Association (FCA) is the non-profit homeowner’s association for single-family homes in Falconbridge. Membership costs $30/year. While homeowners are not required to be members of the FCA, all single-family homeowners are still subject to the set of covenants that conveyed with your property. The FCA deals with matters of interest to single-family homeowners, and is tasked with monitoring compliance with the covenants. It administers the architectural review for single-family owners who want to build a fence, erect a shed, or alter the exterior of their property. The FCA also maintains the two Farrington Road entrances to Falconbridge (the townhome HOA maintains the Highway 54 entrance). Single-family homeowners who join the Alliance contribute voluntary dues to the FCA at the same time. The FCA operates under the direction of a three-member volunteer Board of Directors, who are also members of the Board of the Falconbridge Alliance. These Board members are elected by FCA members at the annual meeting each October. The FCA Board meets every other month.
